 Family and Friends We both come from close families and we talk with each of them almost daily. While some of our extended family live in the US, our immediate family lives in Australia - but we all have webcams so when we talk via the internet – it is just like they are in the next room! We also vacation in Australia regularly and host lots of visitors to the US. Our parents can't wait to welcome a new grandchild (and plan to spoil him or her like crazy), and we're sure our newest nephew would love a cousin his own age. We love spending vacationing in Australia - going to the beach, visiting with our family and friends and playing backyard sports and Nintendo Wii with our niece and nephew. We hope that our child will be able to call both countries home. We have a great support network of friends in California, most of whom have young children. They are all excited about us adopting and we look forward to many birthday parties, picnics in the park and story times at the library together.
